But they still split untill they reach -28. -15 up number power you will get same speed but your speed reach to max take some time and upload speed always low compared to download. WebI'm using BSNL FTTH for the past couple of months. Modem and installation cost around 3K and monthly fee under 500/-. The only issue I have is that BSNL injects ads when I try to visit some websites. Instead of the website loading, I'm presented with a BSNL ad. It happens quite a lot (even on https websites) and is really annoying sometimes.
