WebTried Armor Building Complex today. It’s no joke! For those not familiar, the workout is a DKB workout with one round being 2 cleans, 1 strict press, and 3 squats. I did 15 mins with 24kg. I was able to get 11 rounds. Did EMOM the first 5 rounds then every 1.5min thereafter. It’s definitely no joke. Going to work to get 15 rounds in 15 mins.
