To find the second sample I kept spamming the sample analyzer running in one direction until it lit up. For the third one I noticed the sound that the analyzer does if it detects something. The type and quantity of signals depend on the atmo type. The most signals are found in amonia atmosphere, from my own experience. The planet type also is important.
