Unfortunately priced too high for what is on offer. The fruits are yellow. Something like vineyard peaches and yellow apples. WebbTaste. The texture of the 18-year-old Yamazaki is pleasantly oily and gentle. The start is full-bodied and surprisingly intense ("only" 43% alcohol content). The tip of the tongue tingles a bit (freshly ground pepper), while a true torrent of aroma to the connoisseur rolls.

The Committee bottling of Scorch must be far smokier with an ABV of 51.7%. If I felt like paying the money, I would probably opt for that.
