Parts book calls it "SPRING, clutch" Just pull that round cover that has 5 screws off of the primary. It's under there. 95 times out of a 100 you can reuse the oring that seals it. The cable wire clutches are vulnerable to corrosion and can break easily after aging. The mechanical clutch requires lubrication periodically.
